"My life, -
How much more of it remains?
The night is brief.”
Thanks for this haiku for reminding me of how I appreciate your life, for sharing it with me; the laughter, agony, the cat-dog (small/big) contend and most importantly the lessons of life you’ve made me see. Thank you.
Being grateful isn’t enough to articulate my spirit, on what I am feeling everyday when I’m having a chance to have a glimpse on your face. A great reminder of how blessed I am because of you. God’s indication of His Love and Grace in my life.
I might be afar for more than a year but you’ll always be in my heart. Hoping to hear your satisfying stories, your joys and heartbreaks. I’ll be asking for your apologies in advance for not being on your side in times of your great/lowest moments but I hope by reading this, you’ll comprehend your worth on my life.
I may not be the best companion you have but I hope for the short time that we’re together, I was able to touch your life too, by my own little ways. I love you! Please get in touch, always.
"But more than anything,
My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you’re out there getting where you’re getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
this, is my wish.”
